RIM Sued for Visual Voicemail by Patent Troll

I could have sworn RIM was already sued over Visual Voicemail but it looks like they only sued AT&T previously. (Thanks Bla1ze) Joe let us know that RIM was just sued by patent troll Klausner Technologies Inc over Visual Voicemail. The funny part is that it looks like RIM violated the patent on the Bold 9700 only since previous BlackBerrys have licenses from Klausner… Wonder how that happened.
Klausner has already sued and settled with Apple, AT&T, & Google over the same patent and is currently suing Cisco and Avaya over the same 24 visual voicemail patents.
I love patent fun! Wonder how long it will take RIM to settle or fight out this one…
